Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ViralFlow service, published by ViralFlow SAS ("ViralFlow", "we", "us"). The service is accessible at app.viralfllow.com.

1. Definitions

• Service — the ViralFlow platform and all AI content generation tools it provides.
• User — any person with an account on the platform.
• Content — any text, image, video, voice, music or other media generated, uploaded or stored via the service.
• Credits — the unit of measurement used to access generation tools.

2. Account creation

To use the service, you must create an account with a valid email address or via Google/Apple. You must be at least 16 years old. You agree to provide accurate information and to protect your credentials. You are solely responsible for any activity carried out from your account.

3. Service description

ViralFlow provides AI-based content generation tools: videos, images, voiceovers, music, avatars, text. Each tool consumes credits according to a rate shown in the application.

4. Credits and payments

4.1 Purchasing credits

Credits are purchased in packs, with prices shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by our providers (Stripe, Wave, Orange Money, MTN, PayPal). Every transaction is confirmed by email.

4.2 Validity

Credits are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. After this period, unused credits are forfeited.

4.3 No refunds

The purchase of credits constitutes a digital service whose execution begins upon payment confirmation. No refund is granted, including for unused or expired credits, except in the event of a technical failure on our part. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time purchases — contact support.

4.4 Generation failure

If a generation fails due to a technical issue on our side, the corresponding credits are automatically refunded. In case of dispute, contact support.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ViralFlow to:

• generate or distribute illegal, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory content, or content inciting violence or harming human dignity;
• create child sexual abuse material, non-consensual pornographic content, or content exploiting the image of minors;
• impersonate a real person (non-consensual deepfake, false political speech, etc.);
• generate misleading content intended to manipulate elections, commit fraud, or deceive;
• infringe intellectual property rights (trademarks, protected works, voice or image of a person without authorization);
• attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization, resell access, massively automate generation, or circumvent technical limits;
• share your account with a third party or resell credits.

Any violation may result in the immediate suspension of your account without refund, and where applicable, a report to the relevant authorities.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload ("User Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process and display it as part of the service.

6.2 Generated content

Subject to payment of the corresponding credits and compliance with these Terms, you may use generated content for commercial or personal purposes, within the limits of the terms of use of the third-party models we integrate. Generated content may not be unique: another user may generate similar content from a similar prompt.

6.3 Platform

The ViralFlow platform (code, design, trademarks, logos) is and remains our exclusive property. No license is granted beyond the right to use the service in accordance with the Terms.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". AI-generated content may contain errors, biases or inaccuracies: you are solely responsible for verifying it before publication or use.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under the service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages (loss of opportunity, lost profits, reputational damage).

8. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or delete your account in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or behavior damaging the service or other users. No refund is due in case of suspension for violation.

9. Service changes

We may evolve the service, add, modify or remove features. Prices and credit costs may be adjusted; any change is notified in advance and only applies to subsequent purchases.

10. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of ViralFlow SAS's registered office, unless a mandatory legal provision applies otherwise.

12. Amendments

We may modify these Terms. Any substantial modification will be notified by email or via a banner on the platform at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
